Passionate About Educating Others

Nick Rozental received his first Barista training at “La Cafeotheque” of Paris under the guidance of Gloria Montenegro who pioneered French cafeology and specialty cafes in the city of lights. He then pursued further specialization in Asia to explore all aspects of the coffee industry from crop to cup, working closely with coffee producers and roasters at origins.
